IRS Issues New RMD Rules & Mailbag

On this episode of Adam Live, IRA Financial founder, Adam Bergman, Esq. will discuss a new notice issued by the IRS on Friday, October 7, 2022 clarifying the required minimum distribution (RMD) rules for certain IRA beneficiaries. If you inherited an IRA as a "non-eligible designated beneficiary," you may have been required to start taking RMDs. Failure to take the full RMD would lead to stiff penalties.
