While inflation has been moderating since its December peak, it could rise further in the coming months due to oil, energy and food inflation increasing around the world. Economists say the figures mean it is unlikely the Reserve Bank will increase interest rates at its October board meeting. However, there could be one more rate rise before the end of the year.
