Harry Dent Predicts Deteriorating Economy and Possible Recession Proving Recession Doomers Incorrect

In this episode, Jason welcomes bestselling author Harry Dent as a returning guest. Harry Dent, known for his bearish outlook on the economy, has appeared on the show multiple times over the years. The discussion revolves around whether Harry’s long-held economic predictions are finally coming true. Jason highlights Harry’s approach of studying demographics and predictable spending patterns, which he finds reliable. However, the complexity of the economy is acknowledged, with a humorous reference to economics being invented to make astrologers seem credible. The episode also promotes an upcoming cruise event and delves into an article from The Atlantic about the inaccuracy of recession predictions. The article explores factors like positive economic indicators, the role of the Federal Reserve, and the psychology of public perception. Ultimately, the episode concludes that economic forecasting is not a precise science, leaving the future of the US economy uncertain. #Economi

In this video, we'll discuss four strategies: agreements for sale, rent to own/lease options, vendor take-back mortgages, and wholesaling. We'll explain what these strategies are, how they work, and how to implement them successfully. Agreements for Sale An agreement for sale is a legal agreement between a buyer and a seller. How to Use Self Directed IRA to Invest Into Real Estate

Had a fantastic time talking with Derreck Long who is a Senior Specialist with Quest Trust Company, a go-to in the industry for getting your Self-Direct IRA and Solo 401 (k) working for you and investing in passive real estate. Altunas Capital has roots that started in single-family fix and flip investment over 15 years ago, that has progressed to large ground-up single-family and multifamily projects. Quite simply, there isn’t a type of real estate we haven’t touched. We realized in late 2021, that we had access to an immense pool of shared real estate knowledge and wanted to spread the success of our team to anyone who wanted to take the time to learn; with that our syndication platform was born. With the help of many current investors, we’ve also been able to expand our respective portfolios, much more quickly than previously thought. Now we want to help spread that knowledge and do so nearly daily with short calls to discuss anything and everything real estate and how

Starting from $0 at age 35 as a teacher and becoming "the Millionaire Educator" | BP Money 124

Gerry Born is a teacher who is married to a teacher. He started his FI journey when he was 33, with a wife, $45,000 in college debt, and a job in Saudi Arabia teaching English as a Second Language. He knocked out his debt in two years, then threw everything he could into savings. The ESL job provided everything but internet and phone, so he really didn’t need to spend much money if he didn’t want to. After September 11 happened, they moved back to the United States and got jobs teaching - and you know what kind of salaries teachers make! Unhappy with that particular school, they moved on to a different school - and discovered the magic of the 457 Plan. A 457 Plan is an additional retirement savings vehicle available to teachers and certain public employees. It has the same contribution limits as a 401k - but can be immediately accessed penalty-free as soon as you separate service from your employer. Gerry uses this to fund his life while reducing his taxable income to a

How Social Security Works If You’re Self-Employed | Daily Podcast

When it comes to planning for retirement, your 401(k) and Individual retirement account (IRA) are both great tools to have in your toolbox. For real estate investors, I am particularly fond of the self-directed, or solo 401(k)—what the IRS calls a one-participant 401(k). The act established a trust fund that would be paid into by workers with each paycheck. Funds were to support those workers when they retired (and their survivors after they died). The program was expanded in 1965 to also include disability benefits. Here are a few other things you should know about your Social Security ben
