The Baseball Bat Bros swing the bat used by the home run king - BARRY BONDS. Barry swung a 34/31.8 maple from Sam Bat. His turn model is basically an exaggerated 243 with a giant knob. He actually choked up about 1.5 inches on his bats though. -The 2k1 is a very unique turn model and basically requires the hitter to choke up. The SG2 is a much more standard 243 build with an even thinner handle - we definitely preferred the smaller knob on that one. -These are both significantly endloaded and are probably going to be suited best for advanced high school/college/pro players with a lot of strength. -And the wood was excellent - very loud and very dense - however you always run the risk of breaking your bat with pure maple as opposed to wood composite - although a high-end maple like this is probably going to have the most 'pop' out of most wood bats out there.
