Oregon schools and PERS


Charles Wilhoite, a member of the Oregon PERS UAL task force, talks about what he's learned from nine Oregon school districts. Wilhoite is a member of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System task force trying to come up with $5 billion to help build the pension system's reserves. Gov.
