Oregon PERS task force retreats behind closed doors


Misha Isaak, general counsel to Oregon Gov. Kate Brown, explains why he believes Brown's PERS task force is not subject to the state Public Meetings Law. I had questioned the governor's staff on why the task force was holding a closed-door session as part of its Aug. 28 meeting. Also speaking is task force chair Don Blair.
