As we celebrate International Women's Day, it is important to recognize the trailblazing women who have shattered the glass ceiling in traditionally male-dominated fields like finance. These women have faced countless challenges and obstacles, yet their persistence and talent have paved the way for future generations. One such woman is Abby Joseph Cohen, an American economist and market strategist who became a partner at Goldman Sachs in 1990. She rose to fame in the 1990s for her accurate predictions on the stock market, and was named one of the 50 most powerful women in business by Fortune magazine multiple times. Despite facing discrimination and sexism, Cohen used her expertise and determination to break through the glass ceiling and become a trailblazer in her field. Another woman who has broken barriers in finance is Jane Fraser, who is set to become the first female CEO of a major Wall Street bank when she takes over at Citigroup in March 2021. Fraser began her career at Goldman Sachs before moving to Citi in 2004, where she has held various leadership roles. Her appointment marks a significant step forward for gender equality in finance, and serves as an inspiration for women around the world. Of course, these women are just a few examples of the many women who have disrupted the finance industry and broken down barriers. From Christine Lagarde, the first female managing director of the International Monetary Fund, to Sallie Krawcheck, who created the female-focused investment platform Ellevest, women have continued to push boundaries and pave the way for future generations. However, it is important to note that there is still a long way to go when it comes to achieving gender equality in finance. Women remain underrepresented in leadership positions, and gender pay gaps continue to persist. But by celebrating women who have made strides in finance, we can inspire and encourage more women to pursue careers in the industry and help break down barriers for good. In conclusion, on this International Women's Day, let's celebrate the achievements of these women and continue to work towards a more equal and inclusive future in finance and beyond. https://inflationprotection.org/breaking-the-glass-ceiling-in-finance-women-who-paved-the-way-womensday-shorts/?feed_id=84638&_unique_id=642cb1c162762 #Inflation #Retirement #GoldIRA #Wealth #Investing #AbigailJohnson #adenafriedman #adenafriedmanceo #closingthegendergapinfinance #femalefinancialadvisor #femalerepresentationinfinance #fidelity #fidelityinvestments #Finance #financecareerpaths #financialliteracy #glassceiling #investing #profstevy #stockmarket #wealthmanagementservices #womenandfinances #womenfinances #womenfinancialliteracy #womenfinancialplanning #womeninbusiness #womeninfinance #womenwhobroketheglassceilinginfinance #FidelityIRA #AbigailJohnson #adenafriedman #adenafriedmanceo #closingthegendergapinfinance #femalefinancialadvisor #femalerepresentationinfinance #fidelity #fidelityinvestments #Finance #financecareerpaths #financialliteracy #glassceiling #investing #profstevy #stockmarket #wealthmanagementservices #womenandfinances #womenfinances #womenfinancialliteracy #womenfinancialplanning #womeninbusiness #womeninfinance #womenwhobroketheglassceilinginfinance

I want to look at the pro's to rolling over a 401k and also the con's to rolling over a 401k. When you should rollover your 401k to an IRA and when you should NOT rollover your 401k to an IRA. Let's talk about when you should NOT rollover your 401k to an IRA: 1. You are still working and are under the age of 59.5 2. You are 55 and considering retirement (Rule 55) 3.
