Giorno-sama is the second episode of the popular anime series, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. This episode continues the story of Giorno Giovanna, a young man with a troubled past who is determined to become a Gang-Star and rid his hometown of the drugs and violence that plague it. The episode begins with Giorno being approached by a young woman named Koichi. She is a member of the Passione gang and is looking for a man named Polpo, who is the boss of the gang. She believes that Polpo has the power to grant her a wish, but in order to meet him, she must pass a series of tests. Giorno offers to help Koichi, and the two of them set off to complete the tests. The first test involves retrieving a key from a difficult-to-reach location. Giorno uses his Stand, Gold Experience, to create a tree that reaches the key, and they successfully retrieve it. However, the second test is much more difficult. Giorno and Koichi must bring a lighter to a man in prison, but they must do so without it being detected by the guards or the other prisoners. Giorno uses his Stand to create a duplicate of the lighter, which is then smuggled into the prison by Koichi. The plan almost falls apart, but Giorno is able to use his Stand to distract the guards and allow Koichi to escape. After completing the tests, Giorno and Koichi are finally able to meet with Polpo. However, they soon discover that he is not what he seems. Polpo had already died by suicide prior to the meeting, and the lighter they had delivered was a test of their loyalty. They had unknowingly delivered a message to another member of the gang without realizing it. Giorno is not deterred, however. He uses his Stand to revive Polpo's dead body long enough to extract a message from him that leads them closer to their ultimate goal. Overall, Giorno-sama is an exciting and action-packed episode that further develops Giorno's character and his quest to become a Gang-Star. The use of his Stand, Gold Experience, is inventive and adds a unique element to the story.
